Burnout has been defined by the World Health Organization as "a syndrome resulting from chronic workplace stress that has not been successfully managed."

Burnout has become a serious concern, influencing rising mental health numbers, preventable diseases, and illness.  Its cost on productivity and sick days is immense!

This hour-long presentation takes a deep dive into Burnout, provides prevention tips, as well as what to do if you or your employee is already experiencing burnout.
